Prowler Sled with Harness

Our prowler sled is a weighted sled that is traditionally used on an AstroTurf or grass surface to push or pull weights at a high intensity in order to build explosive strength, power, and muscular endurance. The plate-loaded system allows for plates to be easily added and taken away. The power sled/ prowler can be used for sprint resisted exercises and ideal for group and team training situations as it can be pushed from both ends.
